Legendary Zeiss quality, made circa 1952. Single speed (16fps) model, all metal body that splits into two halvesto load the film. Unusual horizontal layout, looking more like a still camera than a cine camera. Focusing Zeiss Movitar 10mm f1.9 lens. The iris (aperture control) is frozen at f4.

Zeiss Ikon Movinette 8B. An unusual horizontal styling would have made this camera stand out in a crowd when it was introduced in the late fifties.It is a simplified version of the Movikon 8B,with fixed focus.The lens is a Triotar f2.8 10mm.The body has a grey crinkle finish.
